SkyArk AB (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.skyarktours.com website (the “Service”).
Day tours are booked and paid on SkyArk’s website, using payment methods such as credit cards. The bookings are procssed through Stayify’s booking engine and payment are processed by Stripe. The booking must be paid fully Online to become valid.
Deposit fee. 30% of the total price of the booking is invoiced in conjunction with the booking. The deposit is invoiced 14 days net. Payment instructions are provided on the invoice.
Final payment. 70% of the total price of the booking needs to be paid 60 days prior to the trip in full. An invoice with the final payment is sent on beforehand.
Full refunding is provided if cancellation is done more than 48 hours before the event. No refund if the cancellation is done after that.
Cancellation by the customer. If the customer cancels more than 60 days before the final payment date, the deposit is refundable, but 1000 SEK per person is deducted as administration fee. If expenses such as flight tickets or other costs have already been paid by SkyArk, the deposit is not refundable. If the cancellation is received after 60 days before final payment, the deposit is not refundable. If cancellation is received after the final payment date, both payments are non-refundable. Non-paid final payment after the due date leads to cancelled booking and deposit will not be refunded.
For all trips
Cancellation by SkyArk. In the case that SkyArk fails to arrange the trip because of reasons such as serious illness of the fishing guide, other major circumstances or if the minimum participants is not met, the trip may be cancelled and all payments will be refunded.
OWN RISK AND INSURANCES
Insurances. All participants on the trip is recommended to arrange own travel insurances that handled situations that may arise in the wild nature and case of cancellations of trip. The insurances should cover all possible scenarios such as medical emergencies, medications as well as delayed and damaged luggage and fishing equipment.
RESPONSIBILITY OF SKYARK
Limited liability. SkyArk is not responsible for weather conditions, lost and damaged luggage, illnesses and delays of e.g. airlines. All arrangements including baggage and personal effects are on the customer’s responsibility and no responsibility is carried by SkyArk. All costs related to if a customer would like to have an early departure is on the customer’s responsibility. Fishing cancelled by weather conditions is not refundable and is a part of the customer’s risk.
